The link should be https://www.id.me/. Make sure you go through the official NY unemployment website first and click their link to ID.me so it connects to your claim. Don't just Google it and click random links.

btw once you do get into id.me don't get freaked out by how much personal info they ask for. i almost quit halfway thru cuz it seemed sketchy af but my friend who works in tech said they're legit. they need all that info to prove ur really you.

Took me about 45 mins total to get verified but then another 3 days for unemployment to actually recognize it in their system.
