Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Hey OP, just a heads up - make sure you're not accidentally logged into an old claim if you've filed before. I made that mistake and was certifying for weeks before I realized I was on my old claim from last year. 🤦♂️
This might sound crazy, but have you tried faxing them? I know, I know, what year is it? But I actually got a response when I faxed in a letter explaining my situation. Worth a shot if you're desperate.
