Chase actually does post same day most of the time. I bank with them too and my refund showed up around 3am on my DDD date. Maybe give it till tomorrow morning?

Calling the IRS is literally impossible these days. I tried 17 times last month and could never get through 😩

The transcript is more reliable than WMR or the app. Sometimes WMR doesn't update for days even after the money is sent.

yeah WMR is kinda trash lol. But if u can't figure out ur transcript u can use taxr.ai to make sense of all the codes. It broke down my entire file and showed why I had a delay last year. Even told me exactly when to expect my $$$ and it was spot on https://taxr.ai

Because trying to call them normally is like trying to win the lottery. I spent DAYS hitting redial and getting nowhere. The service basically navigates their phone system and holds your place in line. When they reach an agent, you get a call. Honestly it was the best money I've ever spent to finally get my questions answered.

You don't give them any info - they just get you through the IRS phone system. Then you talk directly to the IRS yourself. It's like having someone wait on hold for you.
