Missing claim weeks disappeared from CONNECT - need urgent help accessing them

I'm beyond frustrated with the DEO CONNECT system right now! My claim weeks were showing in my account last weekend, and now they've completely disappeared. I logged in yesterday to claim my weeks (was waiting for my regular claiming day) and there's NOTHING there to claim! It's like my available weeks just vanished from the system. I've tried calling the DEO hotline about 20 times over the past two days but keep getting disconnected or stuck on hold forever. Has anyone else experienced their weeks disappearing from CONNECT? How do I get my claim weeks back? I really can't afford to miss these payments - rent is due next week and I'm already behind on utilities. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

omg the EXACT same thing happened to me last month!!! i was freaking out cuz my weeks just disappeared and i thought i did something wrong. turns out there was a glitch in the system when they were doing maintenance. have u tried logging out completely, clearing browser cache/cookies, and then logging back in? that fixed it for me after like 3 tries.

Thanks for responding! I just tried logging out, clearing cache and logging back in but the weeks still aren't showing up. Did yours come back right away or did it take some time? I'm getting really anxious about this.

This is actually a somewhat common issue with the CONNECT system. There are typically three main reasons your weeks could disappear: 1. System maintenance or glitches (as mentioned above) 2. An adjudication issue was triggered on your account 3. The system might be preparing to transition you to a new benefit quarter First, try accessing CONNECT during non-peak hours (early morning or late evening). If that doesn't work, check your "Determination, Pending Issues and Decision Summary" page to see if there's an adjudication issue. If you see something there, you'll need to address that before your weeks will reappear. If you don't see any pending issues, you'll unfortunately need to speak with a DEO representative directly. They can see exactly what's happening with your account that we can't see from our end.

Thank you for the detailed response! I checked and there are no pending issues showing on my account. I did move to a new benefit quarter about 3 weeks ago, but everything seemed fine until now. I'll try logging in early tomorrow morning to see if that helps.

This keeps happening to everyone! The DEO system is such garbage, I swear they do this on purpose to make people give up. I had weeks disappear THREE TIMES during my claim period. The worst part is you call and call and nobody ever answers!!!

Try Claimyr (claimyr.com) - it's the only way I was able to actually get through to a real person at DEO. They basically call for you and get you connected to an agent without the hours of hold time. They have a video explaining how it works: https://youtu.be/UzW_hbUy-ss?si=zORd51jeq1GX5Ldj I was skeptical at first but it actually worked when I had my claim weeks disappear after a system update. The DEO agent was able to see that my account had a flag on it from when I reported part-time work, and they fixed it while I was on the phone.

I didn't think about trying a different browser! I've been using Chrome but I'll try Edge or Firefox. And good idea about checking the inbox - I didn't see anything there earlier but I'll double check. Thanks!

I had something similar happen to me back in January. The weeks disappeared because there was some question about my work search activities from the previous period that triggered a review. But the system didn't actually notify me about it! The only solution was getting through to someone on the phone who could see what was happening behind the scenes. It took me almost a week of calling before I got through.

This happens ALL THE TIME and it's absolutely ridiculous! The CONNECT system is designed to frustrate people so they'll just give up on their benefits. They KNOW the phone lines are impossible to get through on. They KNOW the website is full of glitches. And they do NOTHING to fix it because it saves them money when people can't claim their rightful benefits! I went through THREE MONTHS of this garbage trying to get missing weeks restored after a "system error" and no one could help until I contacted my state representative's office. Try that if you can't get through on the phones!

UPDATE: I tried everything suggested (different browsers, clearing cache, checking for messages) but still no weeks showing up. I'm going to try using Claimyr to get through to someone since it sounds like that's worked for others. Has anyone had any luck getting missing weeks reinstated after speaking with a representative? Just wondering what to expect.

Yes, a DEO representative can absolutely reinstate your claim weeks if they've disappeared due to a system error. Make sure to have your claim ID number and all relevant dates ready when you speak with them. Ask them to specifically check for: 1. System flags on your account 2. Any work search verification issues 3. Benefit year transition problems 4. Adjudication holds that aren't visible to you They should be able to see exactly what happened and either fix it immediately or tell you what you need to do to resolve it. Be sure to get the representative's name and a confirmation number for the call.

Good news! I used Claimyr this morning and got through to a DEO agent in about 20 minutes. She was able to see that my claim weeks were actually there but not displaying correctly because of some quarterly review flag on my account. She removed the flag and now my weeks are showing again! I can claim them now and should get paid on schedule. Such a relief not to have to wait weeks for this to resolve.

That's amazing! I'm going to try Claimyr right now. It sounds like it could be the same issue with mine - some kind of flag that's not visible to me but is preventing the weeks from showing up. Thank you for sharing your experience and letting me know there's hope!

SUCCESS! I finally got through using Claimyr and the agent found that there was a quarterly wage review flag on my account that was hiding my weeks. They fixed it right there on the call and my weeks reappeared! I've already claimed them and should get paid next week. Such a relief! Thanks everyone for all your help and suggestions!
