CONNECT website keeps locking me out - can't claim weeks or access DEO account
I've been trying to log into my CONNECT account for the past 2 weeks and it's driving me CRAZY! Every time I try to access the site to claim my weeks, it either freezes on the loading screen or tells me my account is temporarily locked. I've reset my PIN 3 times already following their instructions and STILL can't get in. When I call the helpline, it just disconnects after 20 minutes on hold. My rent is due next week and I haven't been able to claim any weeks since March 12th. Has anyone else been locked out of their DEO account? What am I supposed to do if I can't even access the system to request my payments?

I can't even get into my account to check the correspondence inbox! That's the problem - I'm completely locked out. If they sent me something through the CONNECT system, I have no way to see it.

The DEO system is GARBAGE!!! I spent 6 WEEKS trying to get back into my account earlier this year. You think they'd improve these systems after all the pandemic problems but NO - still the same broken website that can't handle basic traffic. I eventually had to contact my state representative's office to get anyone to help me. Meanwhile bills keep coming and they act like it's no big deal that people can't access their benefits.

Have you tried Claimyr? After weeks of not being able to reach DEO, I used their service and they got me connected to an actual agent who unlocked my account. It was the only thing that worked after trying everything else. I've never heard of Claimyr before. Did it actually work to get you through to a real person? I'm desperate at this point so willing to try anything that might help.

Yes, it actually connected me to a real DEO agent. I was skeptical at first, but after three weeks of not being able to reach anyone, I was willing to try anything. Tried my phone, my laptop, even went to the library to use their computers. Same problem everywhere. It seems like it's something locked on my actual account, not just a browser issue.

Quarterly wage review lock - happens automatically when they review your earnings\n\nSince you mentioned you last claimed on March 12th, this is likely a quarterly review lock, which happens at the end of each quarter. You absolutely need to speak with an agent to get this resolved, as the automated systems cannot remove this type of hold.

That makes sense! Mine was locked right around the end of December because of the quarterly review thing. They have to verify you didn't have unreported earnings before releasing more payments.

UPDATE: I finally got through to DEO! I used Claimyr this morning and it connected me to an agent within 20 minutes. You were right @profile1 - there was a quarterly review flag on my account plus a security issue from too many login attempts. The agent removed both holds and helped me claim my missed weeks over the phone. My account is working again! Thank you everyone for the advice.
