No DEO payments since March 2025 - Anyone else in this situation?
I'm at my wits' end with this DEO nightmare. I haven't received a single unemployment payment since March (it's now been almost 3 months)! My CONNECT account shows all weeks as 'processed' but nothing has hit my account. I've called literally 45+ times and either get disconnected or wait on hold for hours only to be told they 'need to escalate it to a supervisor' who never calls back. My rent is now seriously overdue and my landlord is threatening eviction. Has anyone else been stuck in this limbo since March? Did you ever get your payments? I've submitted all my work searches correctly and responded to every message in my inbox. What else can I possibly do??

I'm in the exact same boat!!! Haven't seen a DIME since March 12th. My status says "processed - pending payments" for every week, but my bank account says otherwise. I've called over 20 times and get disconnected EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I'm so fed up with this system it's ridiculous!!! How do they expect people to survive?

•March 12th for me too! Did you ever get any explanation? My account doesn't even show any pending issues or action items, just eternally "processed" with no money showing up. I'm scared they're going to try to say I did something wrong after making me wait all this time.

Same. Since March 22. Four bills behind now. This state is a joke.

There's actually a known glitch in the CONNECT system affecting people who claimed weeks in early/mid March. The system shows "processed" but the payment gets stuck in their internal payment queue. What you need to do is request a payment trace through your CONNECT account: 1. Log into CONNECT 2. Click on "View and Maintain Account Information" 3. Select "Payment History" 4. Click "Request Payment Trace" for any processed week that hasn't been paid Also, check if you have any fact-finding questionnaires in your inbox that might be holding up payments. Sometimes they appear and disappear quickly, so check daily.

•Thank you so much! I've been on CONNECT almost daily but never noticed the "Request Payment Trace" option. I just checked and it's there, but when I click it I get an error message saying "This feature is temporarily unavailable." Of course it is. 🙄 I don't have any fact-finding items showing in my inbox either. Should I keep trying the payment trace option?

•Yes, keep trying the payment trace option daily - the system often works at odd hours (like 7am or after 8pm). If that doesn't work after 3 days, you'll need to speak with a claims specialist who can manually push the payment through. Regular call center agents can't help with this specific issue.

I was in the same situation from March 5th until last week when my payments FINALLY hit my account. The issue was something called a "quarter change review" which happens automatically in April for March claims. DEO has to verify your wages from previous quarters and apparently they're severely backlogged. I couldn't get through on the phone for 2 months straight until I discovered Claimyr.com - it got me connected to a DEO agent in about 20 minutes when I'd been trying for WEEKS on my own. The agent was able to push my payments through immediately once I explained my situation. You can see how it works here: https://youtu.be/UzW_hbUy-ss?si=zORd51jeq1GX5Ldj Don't give up - you WILL get paid eventually, but you definitely need to speak with someone directly.

•Quarter change review?? No one ever mentioned that to me! That actually makes sense since mine stopped right after the quarter changed. I'll check out that service - at this point I'm desperate enough to try anything. Did you have to provide any additional information once you got through to them?

•Yes, once I got through they asked me to verify my identity and then they could see that my account was flagged for quarterly review. The agent manually verified my wages and released all my payments at once. The money was in my account 48 hours later. The whole call took maybe 15 minutes once I finally got through to someone who knew what they were doing.

•Are you serious?? And they just don't bother TELLING anyone about this? Like we're all just supposed to magically know their computers crashed and be ok waiting MONTHS for money we're entitled to?? This state is a complete disaster.

I'm seeing a lot of March payment problems coming in. There are actually three separate issues affecting different people: 1. Quarter Change Review - As someone mentioned, this happens at the start of each new quarter and can delay payments for 4-8 weeks while DEO verifies wages 2. CONNECT System Glitch - A mid-March software update caused some payments to show as "processed" but they never actually get released to your bank/card 3. Extended Adjudication - Some claims from March got automatically flagged for extended adjudication due to a change in how DEO processes work search requirements The solution depends on which issue is affecting you. For most people, speaking directly with a claims specialist (not a general call center agent) is the fastest resolution. Request that they check which specific hold is on your account. If you're facing eviction due to the delay, ask the agent to mark your case as "hardship priority" - they can expedite payments in cases of imminent eviction, but you'll need to provide documentation from your landlord.

•Thank you for this detailed explanation! Do you know how I can specifically reach a claims specialist rather than just the general call center? Every time I call I get someone who just reads from a script and tells me to "be patient" or "check back in a few days." I do have an eviction notice now so I'll definitely ask about the hardship priority.

•When you call, immediately ask to be transferred to a Tier 2 representative or claims specialist. Use those exact terms. If they say they can't transfer you, politely end the call and try again. Some agents will transfer you and others won't - it's just the luck of who answers. Also, calling right when they open (7:30am) or in the last hour before closing tends to have better results. Make sure you have your eviction notice ready to email them when they request it for the hardship priority.

Ugh... I've been waiting since March 19th. I finally got through to someone yesterday after trying for WEEKS and they told me my claim had an "unresolved identity issue" even though I completed ID.me verification TWICE!!! The rep told me my payments were on hold because my middle name on my driver's license didn't match what was in their system (it was abbreviated). How was I supposed to know that?? She said she fixed it and my payments should arrive in 3-5 business days. I'll believe it when I see it. This system seems designed to prevent people from getting benefits they deserve.

•They make it impossible on purpose. I'm convinced.

UPDATE FOR EVERYONE: DEO just released an official statement about the payment delays. They're implementing a "rapid payment resolution team" starting next Monday to address all delayed payments from March-May. They'll be processing claims in order of filing date. Check your CONNECT inbox over the next few days - they're sending instructions on how to verify you're part of this backlog and expedite your payment. You'll need to complete a simple attestation form confirming you're still unemployed and haven't received the delayed payments. •Thank you for sharing this! I just checked my CONNECT inbox and I do have a new message about the "Rapid Payment Resolution Initiative" with a form to complete. Fingers crossed this actually works... I'll update here if/when I finally receive my payments.

•I got the same message! Just completed the form. It says payments should be issued within 5-7 business days after submission. Hope this is the real deal and not just another DEO runaround.

PAYMENT UPDATE!!! After nearly 3 months, all my back payments just hit my account this morning! I completed that resolution form on Monday and the money arrived Friday morning - 4 business days later. Check your accounts if you were in the same situation!
