I had a similar issue with CALjobs not letting me upload my resume. Turns out the file name had special characters in it (like &, %, etc.) that were causing problems. Try renaming your resume file to something simple like "FirstName_LastName_Resume.pdf" with no spaces or special characters. Also make sure it's under 2MB. That fixed it for me!
