EDD payment delay today - anyone else still waiting?

Same here!!! Been waiting since sunday night. UI Online shows PAID but my card empty. Called the stupid Money Network number and the automated system says 'no pending deposits' wtf is going on??

This happens sometimes with the Money Network card deposits. There's often a 24-48 hour delay between when EDD shows 'paid' status and when the funds actually appear on your card. If your UI Online account shows the payment as 'paid,' you should see the deposit by tomorrow. The system might be experiencing higher volume this week due to the recent quarter change.

OMG THE EXACT SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME RIGHT NOW!! I certified on Sunday morning like always and my UI Online says PAID but NO MONEY on my card!!! I have bills due and everything. EDD is so frustrating sometimes I CANT EVEN!!

This happens at the beginning of each quarter sometimes. There's likely a processing delay at either EDD or Money Network. If your UI Online shows 'paid' status, this is generally a good sign - the money has been authorized but not deposited yet. I recommend checking these things: 1. Verify your Money Network card is still active 2. Double-check that your certification didn't raise any flags (part-time work reported, etc.) 3. Look at your UI Online payment history to confirm the payment status and amount If it doesn't arrive by tomorrow, definitely contact EDD directly.

did u report any income? sometimes when u report even a little bit of work they put a hold on ur payment for review. happened to me when i worked ONE day as a doordash driver lol

I had the same issue yesterday, but my payment just hit my account about an hour ago. Sometimes these delays happen with the Money Network card. I've found that if UI Online shows 'paid,' the money usually shows up within 48-72 hours. If you need to contact EDD directly to check on your payment status, I'd recommend using Claimyr (claimyr.com). I was getting that 'maximum callers' message for days until I used their service last month when my benefits were delayed. Just a quick update - I checked with a couple other claimants I know, and they're also experiencing a 1-2 day delay this week. Seems like there might be a system-wide processing slowdown. As long as your UI Online shows 'paid,' I wouldn't worry too much yet.

UPDATE - MY PAYMENT JUST CAME THROUGH!!! Just checked my card and the money is there! Check your accounts everyone!!
