EDD password reset help & Spanish support options?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my unemployment account. I need to reset my password but I'm not sure how to do it. Also, does anyone know if I can get help in Spanish? My English isn't great and I'd feel more comfortable speaking with someone in Spanish. Any advice would be really appreciated!

I had the same issue last month! Here's what I did: 1. Go to the EDD website 2. Click on 'Forgot Password' 3. Follow the prompts - you'll need your SSN and some other info 4. They'll send a reset link to your email 5. Click the link and create a new password As for Spanish support, when you call the EDD, there should be an option to choose Spanish at the beginning of the call. Hope this helps!

•Just a heads up, sometimes the reset link takes a while to come through. If you don't see it, check your spam folder!

Yo, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Check out this video: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Have you tried using Google Translate while on the website? It's not perfect, but it might help you navigate until you can talk to someone in Spanish.
