EDD password reset email not arriving - Help!

Have you tried contacting them through social media? Sometimes their Twitter support is more responsive than other channels.

Protip: If you can't get the reset email, try logging in with your old password. Sometimes the system glitches and doesn't actually expire your old one. Worth a shot! 🤷‍♀️
