EDD hasn't paid me since January 14th - over a month with no benefits. What can I do?

Have you checked your UI Online account? Sometimes there are pending certifications or requests for additional information that can hold up payments.

Contact your state representative AND senator. Send them a detailed email. 4. If you can, use the callback service mentioned above. It's worth the $20 if you're desperate. 5.
