EDD Website Logout Issues: Anyone Else Struggling?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble logging out of my unemployment account. I've been trying to figure it out for a while now. Anyone else run into this issue or know how to fix it? It's frustrating because I need to log out to keep my information secure.

Have you tried clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner? There should be a dropdown menu with a 'Log Out' option. That's how I usually do it.

Ugh, the unemployment website is such a nightmare. I swear they make it difficult on purpose. Good luck logging out, but honestly, you'll probably need more luck logging back in later lol

Hey guys, I found a method to get someone on the phone for unemployment issues. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Hey y'all, former IT guy here. Sometimes these issues can be caused by browser cache or cookies. Try clearing those out, or use a different browser altogether. Might help with the logout problem and other glitches people are mentioning.

I've been dealing with the same logout issue! What finally worked for me was using the "Sign Out" link at the very bottom of the page - it's in tiny text in the footer. The dropdown menu logout wasn't working for me either, but that footer link did the trick. Hope this helps!

I had the exact same problem last week! The regular logout button wasn't working at all. What ended up working for me was completely closing my browser and reopening it - seems like there was some kind of session bug. Also, make sure you're not using any browser extensions that might be interfering with the site's functionality. The EDD website is notoriously finicky with ad blockers and privacy extensions.
