Can't find logout button on website for appointment setup - help!

Hey everyone, I'm trying to set up an appointment but I'm having trouble logging out of my account on the website. The logout button isn't showing up for some reason. Anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to fix it?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? That usually fixes weird website glitches for me.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll give that a try and see if it helps.

Yep, clearing cache is the go-to fix for most website issues. If that doesn't work, try a different browser too!

I had a similar issue last week. For me, the logout option appeared after I clicked on my profile picture in the top right corner. Maybe give that a shot?

Thanks! I'll try that too. Weird how it's not more obvious.

Same here! It's like they're trying to keep us logged in forever lol 😂

Hey guys, I found a method to get someone on the phone quickly for appointment setups and account issues. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's the link: https://claimyr.com

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

Yep, totally legit! I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of waiting on hold. Worth every penny imo.

$20 just to talk to someone? That's ridiculous. The system is so broken 😤

I get it, but think about how much your time is worth. For me, not wasting hours on hold was definitely worth the cost.

Pro tip: Sometimes these sites have a 'force logout' option in the account settings. Look for something like 'end all sessions' or 'logout everywhere'. Might help if you're stuck!

I've run into this exact same issue before! Another thing to try is checking if you're using any browser extensions that might be interfering with the page display. Ad blockers or privacy extensions sometimes hide buttons by mistake. You could also try using incognito/private browsing mode to see if the logout button shows up there.
