E314 error when processing request - system down? [EDD]
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with an E314 error when trying to process my request. The system keeps saying it's unable to handle it right now. Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas on how to fix it or get through?

E314 errors are usually server-side issues. Not much we can do on our end except wait it out. Try again in a few hours or maybe tomorrow. If it persists, you might need to contact their tech support.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone about this. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works.
