DSS unreachable & EDD claim still pending after 3 weeks - Help!

Ugh, DSS is a nightmare to get ahold of these days. I've been trying for weeks! As for EDD, how long has your claim been pending? Sometimes it can take a while, but if it's been more than a few weeks, you might want to try calling them directly.

Here's what worked for me with EDD: 1. Call exactly at 8:01 AM 2. If you get the "too many callers" message, hang up and redial immediately 3. Keep doing this until you get through to the hold music 4. Be prepared to wait on hold for 1-2 hours 5. have u tried faxing DSS? i know it sounds old school but sometimes it actually works lol. also for EDD, check ur spam folder. sometimes their emails end up there and u miss important updates
