Can't change phone number or access account for 5 years - Help!
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle. I've been trying to change my phone number on my account for ages now, but I can't access it or the email associated with it. It's been like this for 5 years! Anyone else dealt with this? Any tips on how to get this sorted out?

Wow, 5 years?! That's insane. Have you tried contacting customer support directly? Sometimes they can verify your identity another way.

•Yeah, I've tried calling but the wait times are ridiculous. It's like they don't want us to get help 🙄

•Pro tip: call right when they open. You might have better luck getting through!

I had a similar issue last year. Here's what worked for me: 1. Gather all your account info (old phone #, address, etc.) 2. Write a detailed email explaining the situation 3. Include any old bills or statements as proof 4. Send it to their support email AND physical address 5. Follow up every week until resolved It took about a month, but I finally got it sorted. Good luck!

Have you tried resetting your password through their 'forgot password' option? Sometimes that can help you regain access.

Hey, I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Check out this video for more info: https://youtu.be/0UZGuPWGErg

•Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

•$20 just to talk to someone? That's highway robbery!

•I get it, but for me, it was worth it to finally get my issue resolved. Time is money, ya know?

Have you tried reaching out on social media? Sometimes companies respond faster there to avoid bad PR.
