SDI online account login error - can't access disability status for 2 days
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my disability status and can't sign into my online account. It's been like this for 2 days now. Every time I try to log in, I get an error message. Anyone else dealing with this or know how to fix it? It's driving me crazy!

Ugh, I feel your pain! 😫 I had the same issue last month. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That worked for me after I was locked out for like a week.

•Thanks for the tip! I'll give that a shot. Did you have to do anything else after clearing the cache?

•Nope, that was it for me! Just make sure you remember your login info cuz you'll have to enter it again. Good luck!

Classic government websites, always breaking down when you need them most 🙄 Have you tried calling their support line? I know it's a pain, but sometimes that's the only way to get things fixed.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Anyone else tried it?

•$20 just to talk to someone? That's ridiculous. The system is so broken 😤

•I get it, but for me, it was worth it. Time is money, and I was wasting so much time trying to get through.

Here's what you need to do to fix your account issues: 1. First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. 2. If that doesn't work, use a different browser or device to log in. 3. Check if there's any system maintenance announced on their website. 4. Try resetting your password through the 'Forgot Password' option. 5. If none of these work, you might need to call them directly. 6. When calling, have your account number, SSN, and any relevant documents ready. 7. Be patient and polite with the rep - they're usually trying their best to help. If you still can't get through, consider using a calling service like the one mentioned above. It's not ideal to pay, but sometimes it's the only way to get results quickly. Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

Plot twist: what if the website is working fine and we're all just collectively hallucinating these errors? 👽🤣

•Don't give them ideas! Next thing you know, they'll say it's a 'feature' not a bug 🙄
