PFL claim not updating after 14-day wait period - what to do?

Has anyone else been waiting forever for their PFL claim to update? I've already waited the full 14 days they told me to wait, but nothing's changed on my account. Starting to get worried... Any advice on what to do next?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. It's been almost 3 weeks for me and still nothing. The system is so broken 🤦‍♂️

3 weeks? That's nothing. I've been waiting for 2 months now. This is ridiculous!

Have you guys tried calling? Sometimes that helps speed things up.

Calling? LOL good luck getting through. I've tried like 50 times 🙄

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Are you sure it's legit?

Yeah, I was skeptical at first too, but I tried it and it actually worked. Saved me hours of frustration.

$20 just to talk to someone? That's highway robbery 😡

I get it, but for me it was worth it. Time is money, and I was wasting so much time trying to get through.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Check your online account daily for updates 2. Send a message through the online portal asking for status 3. If no response after a week, try calling early in the morning (right when they open) 4. Be persistent! Don't give up It took me about 3 weeks total, but I finally got my claim processed. Hang in there!

Good idea, I'll take a look. Thanks!

This whole system is a joke. They expect us to just wait around with no income while they take their sweet time? 🤬

Preach! 🙌 It's like they forget we have bills to pay.

Pro tip: if you can, try faxing your documents. Sometimes that gets processed faster than online submissions. Weird, I know, but it worked for me!

What year is it, 1995? 😂 But seriously, thanks for the tip!

I'm dealing with the exact same issue! Been 16 days now and my claim status hasn't budged. I tried calling multiple times but can never get through - the line is always busy or I get disconnected after waiting on hold for hours. It's so frustrating when you're already stressed about taking time off and then you have to worry about whether you'll actually get paid. Has anyone had luck with contacting their local assembly member's office? I heard they can sometimes help escalate these cases.
