PFL claim not updating after 14-day wait period - what to do?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. It's been almost 3 weeks for me and still nothing. The system is so broken 🤦‍♂️

Here's what worked for me: 1. Check your online account daily for updates 2. Send a message through the online portal asking for status 3. If no response after a week, try calling early in the morning (right when they open) 4. Be persistent! Don't give up It took me about 3 weeks total, but I finally got my claim processed. Hang in there!

This whole system is a joke. They expect us to just wait around with no income while they take their sweet time? 🤬

Pro tip: if you can, try faxing your documents. Sometimes that gets processed faster than online submissions. Weird, I know, but it worked for me!
