PFL claim not updating after 14-day wait period - what to do?
Has anyone else been waiting forever for their PFL claim to update? I've already waited the full 14 days they told me to wait, but nothing's changed on my account. Starting to get worried... Any advice on what to do next?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what worked for me: 1. Check your online account daily for updates 2. Send a message through the online portal asking for status 3. If no response after a week, try calling early in the morning (right when they open) 4. Be persistent! Don't give up It took me about 3 weeks total, but I finally got my claim processed. Hang in there!

Pro tip: if you can, try faxing your documents. Sometimes that gets processed faster than online submissions. Weird, I know, but it worked for me!
