PFL Timesheet Missing Since February - What to Do?

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my PFL timesheets. I haven't received one since mid-February. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do to get this sorted out?

Ugh, I've been there. PFL timesheets can be such a pain. Have you tried calling them? Sometimes they have delays in processing or sending out timesheets.

Yeah, I've been trying to call but can't get through. It's so frustrating!

Pro tip: call first thing in the morning when they open. You might have better luck getting through.

Or try calling right before they close. Sometimes theres less traffic then 🕰️

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Does it really work?

It does! I was skeptical at first too, but I was desperate. Saved me hours of hold time.

$20 seems steep just to make a phone call. Is it worth it?

For me it was. Time is money, and I was wasting hours trying to get through. This solved it quick.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they upload the timesheets there even if you don't receive them in the mail.

This happened to me last year. Turns out they had my old address on file 🤦‍♂️ Double-check your contact info is up to date!

Good idea, I'll definitely check that. Thanks!

The whole system is a joke. I've been waiting on backpay for months. Good luck getting anyone to help you 🙄

Preach! 🙌 It's like they want us to give up

Have you tried contacting your local representative? Sometimes they can help push things through.

Here's what you need to do: 1. Check your online account first. Make sure all your info is up to date. 2. If nothing's there, try to request the missing timesheet online if possible. 3. Document everything. Keep a log of when you last received a timesheet and all your attempts to resolve this. 4. Call PFL directly. Be persistent. Use the trick someone mentioned about calling right when they open or just before closing. 5. If you still can't get through, consider using a paid service like the one mentioned to get a guaranteed callback. 6. As a last resort, contact your local government representative. They often have channels to expedite these issues. Remember, stay calm and be polite when you do get someone on the phone. It's not the agent's fault, and they're more likely to help if you're nice. Good luck!

Wow, thank you so much for this detailed advice! I'll definitely follow these steps.

This is gold 💯 Saving this for future reference!

Anyone else notice how these issues always seem to happen right when you need the money most? It's like they know 👀

idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out there was a glitch in their system. Keep pushing them to look into it from their end.

Classic. Their 'glitches' always seem to work in their favor, never ours 🙄
