PFL Timesheets Missing Since February - Anyone Else Experiencing Delays?

Hey everyone, I'm having issues with my PFL timesheets. I haven't received one since mid-February. Has anyone else experienced delays or missing timesheets recently? I'm not sure if it's just me or if there's a bigger problem going on. Any advice on how to handle this?

Ugh, same here! I haven't gotten a timesheet in over a month. It's so frustrating. Have you tried calling them? I've been on hold for hours with no luck.

I haven't called yet, but I'm dreading it. The hold times are insane. Maybe I'll try emailing first and see if that gets me anywhere.

Email is useless, trust me. I've sent like 5 emails and haven't heard back in weeks. Your best bet is to keep calling until you get through.

Ugh, you're probably right. Guess I'll have to block out a whole day just to sit on hold. This system is so broken 🤦‍♀️

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Are you sure it's legit? $20 seems steep just to make a phone call.

I was skeptical at first too, but I can confirm it's legit. I used it last week and got through in about 45 minutes. Saved me hours of frustration.

How does it work exactly? Do you have to give them your personal info?

0 coins

Nah, you just put in the number you want them to call and your phone number. They do all the waiting and menu navigation, then connect you when a real person answers. No personal info needed.

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes PFL emails end up there for some reason. Also, make sure your contact info is up to date in your account.

This happened to me last year. Turns out there was a glitch in their system and a bunch of us didn't get timesheets for like 2 months. When I finally got through to someone, they had to manually input all my hours. It was a nightmare.

Oh no, that sounds awful. Did you end up getting paid for all the missed time?

Eventually, yeah. But it took another month to sort it all out. Make sure you keep detailed records of your hours just in case!

Pro tip: If you can't get through on the main line, try calling right when they open or about an hour before they close. Sometimes the wait times are shorter then.

This! 💯 I always call at 7:55 AM and usually get through within 30 minutes.

Okay, let me break this down for you based on my experience and what I've learned from dealing with PFL issues: 1. First, double-check your online account. Sometimes the system glitches and doesn't send email notifications, but the timesheets are actually there. 2. If you can't find them online, definitely call PFL. Yes, the wait times suck, but it's necessary. Use the tips others have mentioned about calling early or using a call-back service if you can. 3. While you're waiting to get through, document everything. Write down the dates of missing timesheets, any hours you worked, and keep a log of your attempts to contact them. 4. If calling doesn't work after a few tries, send a written request. Use certified mail so you have proof they received it. Include all the details about your missing timesheets. 5. Consider reaching out to your local state representative's office. They often have liaisons who can help with state benefit issues. 6. If none of this works, you might need to file a formal complaint. There should be a process for this on the PFL website. Remember, stay persistent and keep detailed records. It's frustrating, but you'll get it sorted out eventually. Good luck!

Wow, thank you so much for this detailed response! This is incredibly helpful. I'll definitely start working through these steps.

This is great advice. I wish I had known all this when I had issues last year. Saving this for future reference!

Anyone else feel like the whole PFL system is held together with duct tape and prayers? 🙄 How hard is it to send out timesheets regularly?

For real tho. Its like they're using windows 95 or smthn 💀

Lol more like an abacus and some string 🧵🧮

Have you tried reaching out to your HR department? Sometimes they can help escalate issues with PFL.
