Timesheet processing delay - anyone else stuck waiting for an update?

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my timesheet processing. I submitted it a while ago and they said they have it, but I'm still waiting on an update. Has anyone else experienced delays with their timesheets recently? I'm getting a bit worried about when I'll get paid.

Ugh, I feel your pain! I've been dealing with timesheet issues for weeks now. It's so frustrating when you're just trying to get paid for the work you've done. Have you tried calling them directly?

I've tried calling, but I keep getting stuck on hold forever. It's like they don't want us to actually talk to anyone 🙄

Pro tip: call first thing in the morning when they open. You might have better luck getting through!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to your phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Are you sure it's legit?

I was skeptical at first too, but I tried it and it actually worked! Saved me hours of hold time.

How long did it take for them to call you back?

It took about 2 hours for me, but it was way better than being stuck on hold myself. I just went about my day and waited for the call.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they update the status there before they actually process the payment.

I swear, the whole system is designed to make us give up. It's like they're playing games with our livelihoods. 😡

Preach! 🙌 It's a total clown show. We need to demand better from these agencies.

Here's what I've learned from dealing with timesheet processing issues: 1. Always keep copies of your submitted timesheets. 2. Follow up regularly, at least once a week. 3. Document all your communications with them. 4. If possible, submit your timesheets early to allow for processing time. 5. Check if there's an online portal where you can track the status. 6. Reach out to your direct supervisor or HR if the delay is causing financial hardship. 7. Consider setting up direct deposit if you haven't already, as it can speed up payment once processed. Hope this helps! Hang in there, OP. We're all in the same boat with these bureaucratic nightmares.

Has anyone else noticed that these issues seem to happen more at the end of the fiscal year? I wonder if it's related to budget stuff on their end.

Omg yes! I thought I was the only one who noticed this pattern. You might be onto something there.
