Quick question - did you receive any kind of confirmation after submitting your claim? Sometimes they need additional info and don't always communicate that clearly.

Protip: If u cant get thru on the phone, try reaching out on social media. Sometimes they respond faster there. Worth a shot! 🤷‍♂️

Here's what worked for me: First, log into your EDD account online and check if there are any pending issues or requests for additional documentation. Sometimes they flag claims for review and you won't know unless you check. Second, if everything looks good on your end, try calling first thing in the morning (8am sharp) - I actually got through after about 45 minutes. The rep was able to tell me my payment was just stuck in processing and she expedited it. Got my money 3 days later! Don't give up - you'll get through this! 💪
