PFL payments missing for Feb-Apr. Anyone else not received theirs?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my PFL payments. I haven't received anything for February through April. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to get this sorted out?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

This is ridiculous. We pay into this system, and when we need it, it fails us. Has anyone considered reaching out to their local representatives about this issue? Maybe if enough of us complain, something will change.

It's your money, and you're entitled to it. Remember, persistence is key. It sucks that we have to jump through these hoops, but stay strong and keep pushing!

guys i just got off the phone with them. apparently theres a glitch in there system thats causing delays for claims filed in early February. they said theyre working on fixing it but no ETA 🙃
