PFL payment authorized but not received - anyone else experiencing delays?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat! My payment was authorized like two weeks ago and still nothing in my account. It's so frustrating 😤 Have you tried calling them?

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Have you checked your bank account details on file? Sometimes payments get delayed because of incorrect info. Might be worth double-checking everything is correct.

Not to be that guy, but have you tried reaching out to your local representative? Sometimes they can light a fire under these agencies and get things moving.
