PFL Claim Status Confusion: Next in Line Text But No Call, Will It Resume Monday?

Ugh, I've been there. The PFL system is so frustrating sometimes. Yeah, if your order is still active, they should resume calls on Monday. But who knows with them, right? 🙄

Pro tip: Try calling right when they open on Monday. I've had better luck getting through early in the morning. Also, make sure you have all your docs ready before the call!
