EDD payment status stuck since 2/13 - What to do next?

Have you tried calling EDD? Sometimes thats the only way to get a straight answer about whats going on with your account.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

When was your last payment? Sometimes there's a delay if you're transitioning between claim years or if there's a holiday.

Check your inbox on the EDD website. They might have sent you a message about needing additional information or verification. I missed one of those and it held up my payments for weeks 🤦‍♂️
