EDD payment still pending, no updates on account. What to do next?

Ugh, I feel ya. EDD's been a nightmare lately. Have you tried calling them? Sometimes that's the only way to get things moving.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Have you checked if there's any new certifications you need to complete? Sometimes that can hold up payments.

Make sure all your personal info is up to date in the system. 6. If you have any changes in income or employment, report them immediately. 7. Anyone else notice that EDD seems to have more issues right after holidays? Wonder if it's because of staff shortages or something.

have u tried turning it off and on again? 🤣 jk jk... but seriously, sometimes logging out and back in to ur edd account can refresh things. worth a shot!
