PFL claim info doesn't match records & can't edit prefilled form - Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with the PFL claim process. When I try to create a new claim, the system says the information I entered doesn't match their records. The annoying part is that it's all prefilled, so I can't even change it online. Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Online is hit or miss. I tried and got stuck, ended up having to call anyway. But worth a shot I guess.
EDD claim processed but no payment received - what to do?

I tried it once. Waited 2 hours to connect, then got disconnected 🤡 Never again
It worked for me! But I had to wait like 3 hours. Bring a book lol

I heard they're updating the system soon. Maybe wait a few days and check again? Sometimes these things resolve themselves.

Anyone else notice that EDD seems to have more issues right after holidays? Wonder if it's because of staff shortages or something.

have u tried turning it off and on again? 🤣 jk jk... but seriously, sometimes logging out and back in to ur edd account can refresh things. worth a shot!
