EDD Business Days: When to Expect Callback?
Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out the business days for EDD. Does anyone know if they count weekends or holidays? I'm waiting on a call back and I'm not sure when to expect it.

Business days for EDD are typically Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you don't get a call today, they'll continue on the next business day. Hope this helps!

I found a way to get someone on the phone fast. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Pro tip: try calling right when they open. I've had better luck getting through that way.
