SDI payments not received, cards declining - Help!

Check your bank account details on file with the disability office. Sometimes they have old info and the payments bounce back.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check all your info is correct on your claim 2. Call your bank to make sure there are no holds on your account 3. If you filed recently, know that there's usually a waiting period before payments start 4. Keep detailed records of all your communications with the disability office 5. This happened to me last year. Turns out there was a glitch in their system and a bunch of payments got delayed. Keep calling and don't give up!

idk if this helps but I had luck reaching out on Twitter. Sometimes they respond faster there than through official channels 🤷‍♀️
