This happened to me last year. Turns out they had my bank info wrong. One phone call fixed it (after waiting on hold for 3 hours lol). Definitely try to get someone on the line if you can!

idk if this helps but I filed a complaint with the state ombudsman when I had issues. Got a call back within a week and they sorted it out pretty quick after that.

OP, when did you file your claim? It can take up to 3 weeks for them to even start processing it. The whole system is a joke tbh

Hot take: the whole disability system needs a complete overhaul. It's not fit for purpose in 2023. We should be organizing and demanding change!
