EDD Disability Payments Not Received - What to Do?

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my disability payments. I haven't received anything yet and I'm getting really worried. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on what I should do next?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

I'm going through the exact same thing right now! Filed my claim 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. What's really frustrating is that there's no clear timeline they give you - just "processing" status forever. I've been checking my account daily but no updates.
