Hey everyone, I'm really frustrated. I haven't received my disability payment yet and it's been a while. Has anyone else experienced delays with their payments recently? I'm starting to get worried and could use some advice on what to do next.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

•Yeah, so you choose the department you need to reach, pay, and then they start calling. When an agent picks up, your phone rings and you're connected. Took about 2 hours for me, but I didn't have to actively wait on hold.

Guys, I know it's frustrating, but remember the people working there are probably overwhelmed too. My friend works for the disability office and says they're severely understaffed. Doesn't excuse the delays, but maybe explains them a bit.

From what I ve'read in this thread, it sounds like contacting your local representative might be your best bet for getting some real action. @Lena Müller said her assembly member s office'got her case resolved in a week! Worth a shot when you re dealing'with rent stress 😰
