PFL claim filed 1 month ago, no updates. What to do?

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

have you checked your spam folder? sometimes their emails end up there. happened to me and i almost missed an important deadline 😬

The whole system is a joke. They expect us to wait months while bills pile up? How are we supposed to survive? 🤬

Has anyone tried faxing their documents? I heard it can sometimes be faster than mailing or uploading online. Might be worth a shot if you're desperate.

Unpopular opinion: maybe we should all show up at their office in person. Bet theyd process claims real quick then 😤
