EDD silent after disability extension and document submission - No check received yet

Ugh, classic EDD. They're always slow as molasses. I had a similar situation last year and it took them like 6 weeks to get back to me. Hang in there!

Have you tried calling them? Sometimes that can speed things up. Just be prepared to be on hold for hours lol

Listen up, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Hey OP, how long has it been since you submitted the document? If it's been more than 3 weeks, you might want to consider filing an appeal.
