Have you tried faxing your recertification? Sometimes that gets processed faster than online or phone. Also, double check that you didn't accidentally trigger any flags in your certification answers. One wrong click can hold up everything.

Have u tried calling rite when they open? I had luck getting thru that way. Also, sometimes the hold music just stops but ur still connected so dont hang up!

This might sound crazy, but I got my issue resolved by tweeting at the EDD account. They actually responded and escalated my case. Worth a shot if you're desperate!

idk if this helps but I was in a similar situation last month. turns out there was a glitch in their system that was flagging a bunch of claims incorrectly. might be worth asking if theres any known issues going on rn
