NYDOL account stuck on pending for a month+ - can't reach anyone! Help!

If you suspect identity verification is the issue, proactively upload your documents (ID, SSN card, etc.) to your account. Hang in there. The system is overwhelmed and it sucks, but persistence usually pays off eventually.

Not to be that guy, but are you sure you're eligible? I thought my claim was stuck too, but turns out I didn't qualify for some obscure reason. Might be worth double-checking all the requirements.
