If you need to actually speak with an EDD representative (which you probably do), I'd suggest using Claimyr. Quick update on this issue - there was actually a known technical problem with EDD payment processing that started around November 22nd. It affected disability payments that were approved during that week. EDD is aware of it and working to fix the batch processing error. Most of the delayed payments should be posted by tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. If you don't see your payment by Thursday, definitely contact EDD directly.

The original post is specifically about State Disability Insurance (SDI), not Paid Family Leave (PFL). While they're both administered by EDD, they're different programs and can have different payment processing systems. That's why you might not be experiencing the same issues with your PFL payments.
