When did you submit the eligibility form? Sometimes there can be a delay in processing if you sent it close to your payment date.

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. My payment was supposed to come through yesterday and still nothing. This system is so broken 😡

Here's what you need to do: 1. Check your online account for any messages or updates 2. Call the EDD first thing in the morning (right when they open) 3. If you can't get through, keep trying throughout the day 4. Send a follow-up message through your online account 5. If all else fails, contact your local state representative's office. They can sometimes help push things through Don't give up! It's frustrating, but persistence is key when dealing with the EDD. Make sure you document every attempt to contact them.

This happened to me last month. Turns out there was a glitch in their system and a bunch of payments were delayed. It eventually came through, but I had to wait an extra week. Might be worth checking if others are experiencing the same thing rn.

Pro tip: if you cant get thru on the main line, try calling some of the other department numbers. Sometimes you can get transferred to the right person that way. I'll dig up the list of numbers I used and post them here later.

idk if this helps but I had a similar issue and it turned out my doctor hadnt sent in the updated medical info they needed. might be worth checking with your doc to make sure they sent everything in
