EDD Award Letter Missing - How to Get a Duplicate?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble getting my EDD award letter. I've been trying to reach someone on the phone but no luck. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips on how to request a duplicate award letter? I'm kinda lost here and could use some advice.

Ugh, I feel your pain! 😫 I went through the same thing last month. Here's what worked for me: 1. Log into your EDD account 2. Go to the 'Contact Us' section 3. Look for an option to request duplicate documents 4. Fill out the form with your claim info It took about a week, but I finally got my letter. Hope this helps!

Yeah, make sure you have your claim number handy. They also asked for my SSN and address to verify. Good luck!

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Check out this video for more info: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Hey OP, just a heads up - make sure you check your spam folder too. My award letter ended up there somehow. EDD's emails are wild like that sometimes.
