Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. This happened to me last year. Turns out they needed additional info but never notified me. Def try to get ahold of someone ASAP

pro tip: if u can get thru to anyone on the phone, be super nice to them. theyre probably stressed af too. i was polite and the lady went above and beyond to help me

Hey, former EDD employee here. While I can't comment on your specific case, I can give some general advice: 1. Make sure all your medical documentation is up to date and clearly states your limitations. 2. If you haven't already, file for a SDI appeal. This can sometimes speed up the process. 3. Be persistent but polite when dealing with staff. We're overworked and understaffed, but we do want to help. 4. If you're really stuck, consider contacting your state representative. They can sometimes cut through red tape. Good luck!
