If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls ā€“ which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Have you tried reaching out to your local assembly member's office? They can sometimes help push things along with SDI.

-

Charlotte Jones

I didn't even know that was an option! How do I find my assembly member?

Just google "find my california assembly member" and enter your address. Their office usually has a form for constituent services. Good luck!

Have you checked your spam folder? I know it sounds dumb, but I missed an important EDD email because it went to spam. Just a thought!

Plot twist: the EDD is actually run by a bunch of sloths šŸ¦„ That's why everything takes foreverrrrr

Hey OP, any updates? Were you able to get through to someone?

Not yet. Been trying to call but no luck getting through. Might try that calling service someone mentioned above.

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for months: 1. Keep copies of EVERYTHING you send them. 2. Use certified mail if you're sending physical documents. 3. Check your online account daily for updates. 4. If you call, be prepared to wait for hours. 5. Be polite but persistent with the reps. 6. If one rep can't help, politely ask to speak with a supervisor. 7. Document every interaction - date, time, who you spoke with. 8. If all else fails, contact your local state representative's office. They can sometimes intervene on your behalf. Hang in there, OP. It's a frustrating process, but you'll get through it eventually!

I actually found a way to get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

I get the skepticism, but I swear it worked for me. The $20 was worth it to finally get my issue resolved. Just sharing what helped me!

I've been dealing with EDD for months now and let me tell you, it's a nightmare. Here's what I've learned: ā€¢ Always have more documentation than you think you need ā€¢ Keep a log of every call, including date, time, and who you spoke to ā€¢ Be persistent - sometimes you have to call multiple days in a row ā€¢ Check your spam folder regularly for emails from EDD ā€¢ If possible, use their online portal for updates and submissions Hang in there, OP. It's a frustrating process, but don't give up!
