CalFresh pending deposit missing from EBT app - California benefits not showing up?
Anyone else having trouble seeing their pending CalFresh deposits on the EBT Provider app today? I usually get my benefits deposited on the 10th and I always see a 'Pending Deposit' notification a day or two before. It's already the 9th and nothing is showing up in the app! Called the EBT customer service number but got stuck in the automated system for 25 minutes before giving up. I'm in Los Angeles County and really counting on these benefits to feed my kids this weekend. Is this happening to anyone else in California or just me? Getting worried they discontinued my benefits without telling me...

Same here!! Im in sacramento county and my pending deposit always shows 2 days before but nothing today. Website is showing my account is still active though so im hoping its just the app glitching?

•That's a little reassuring that it's not just me! Did you check your BenefitsCal account too? Mine still says I'm active but I'm still freaking out because my kids literally have no food if these benefits don't come through.

This happens EVERY MONTH 🙄 The app is completely unreliable for showing pending deposits. Sometimes it shows them, sometimes it doesn't. Your benefits will probably still load on your regular day. If you've gotten no discontinuance notice and haven't missed reporting anything on your SAR7, you should be fine.

The EBT Provider app has been having technical issues since their system update last week. The CalFresh pending deposits feature is currently down for many counties in California. However, this is just a display issue - your benefits should still load on your regular issuance date assuming your case is active. If you want to verify your status, you can check your BenefitsCal account or call your county office directly.

I had this exact problem last month! The pending deposit never showed up in the app, but my CalFresh benefits loaded right on time on my regular day. The app developer seriously needs to fix this - it causes so much unnecessary stress when you're trying to budget for food and can't tell if your benefits are coming. If you're really worried, try Claimyr.com to get through to an actual CalFresh worker. It helped me bypass the phone wait times when I had a similar issue. •Yes, I've used it twice now - once for this issue and once when I needed to add my newborn to my case. Got through to a real person both times within 15 minutes instead of waiting hours or getting disconnected.

its not just the app its the whole ebt system thats mess up. my friend works for the county and says they doing updates but nobody tells us nothing about it!!!1! happens EVERY TIME they do updates at the start of the quarter

I'm new to CalFresh too and this thread is so helpful! I'm in Riverside County and was literally about to drive to the county office tomorrow because I thought my case got closed when the pending deposit didn't show. It's crazy how much stress these app glitches cause when you're already dealing with food insecurity. I wish they would at least put up a notice in the app when they're having technical issues so we know it's not our benefits being cut off.
