I work at a bank and can tell you that ACH transfers from government agencies usually hit accounts between 3-6 AM. If it's not there by now, it's probably coming tomorrow.

Did you make sure there weren't any issues with your job search activities? Sometimes they hold payments if there's a problem with your job contacts.
