Nope, never got a clear answer. Just one of those Washington ESD mystery delays I think

I've been trying to call but can't get through. The phone just rings and rings or I get disconnected

Had to keep calling until I finally got someone who could see there was a flag on my account that needed to be cleared manually. Ridiculous

Just checked and don't see anything new in correspondence or alerts. Account looks completely normal except for the pending status

Not really, they don't publish maintenance schedules publicly. You'd have to call to find out if that's what's causing the delay

They focus on the value of getting through rather than the cost. Check their site for details. For me it was worth it to avoid the phone nightmare
