Anyone else having trouble filing weekly claims near midnight on Sunday? System keeps freezing
Is anyone else trying to file their weekly claim right now? The system is super slow and keeps freezing on me! Every Sunday I try to file at different times but it seems like right before midnight is always the worst. Currently on my 3rd attempt - the page loads halfway then stops responding. So frustrating! Last week I had to wait until 2am before it finally worked. Does ESD not realize so many people file on Sunday nights? I'm worried about missing the deadline if I can't get through tonight. Anyone else experiencing this or found a better time to submit claims without these technical issues?

This happens almost every Sunday night around 11pm-1am. The ESD system gets overloaded because everyone waits until the last minute to file (myself included!). Best times to file are actually Sunday mornings between 7-9am or Monday mornings before 10am. I've never had system issues during those windows. Filing right at midnight is consistently the worst possible time.

i just got through after trying for like 45 mins. keep hitting refresh when it freezes and eventually it'll work. the system always sucks sunday nights but you've still got until tomorrow at 11:59pm to file

anyone notice how the site ALWAYS says maintenance is scheduled for sunday nights but they NEVER actually post when exactly? like maybe don't do system updates during peak filing times?? just saying...
