I had a similar situation last month. After my adjudication interview, I saw my status change in eServices within 48 hours, and the money was in my account about 24 hours after that. contacting the gov office is like a secret cheat code for esdlol. my claim was pending for like 6 weeks and nothing happened until i did that. got paid like 3-4 days after talking to adjudicator

Calling the Governor's office almost always works! It's ridiculous that this is what we have to do to get ESD to actually look at our claims. Literally every person I know who's had problems with their unemployment claims has had to do this. I waited 12 WEEKS before I tried it, and then suddenly my claim was processed in 4 days. The whole system is broken!!!

EXACTLY! Why do we even bother with the regular phone lines? They intentionally make it impossible to get through. And don't get me started on their message system that they NEVER respond to. We shouldn't have to involve the governor's office just to get basic services we're entitled to.
