TWC ReliaCard payment delay today - no funds showing up!
Really frustrated right now! My TWC payment request was processed yesterday, and I'm supposed to receive my funds on my ReliaCard TODAY. It's already 3pm and nothing has posted to my account! I called the ReliaCard number on the back of the card and the automated system says there are no pending deposits. This has never happened before - payments usually hit my card by 9am on the scheduled date. I've got bills due tomorrow and I'm starting to freak out. Has anyone else experienced delays with their payments today? Is TWC having some kind of system issue? I'm worried my claim might have randomly gotten flagged or something.

There's usually a delay of up to 24-48 hours when the payment is processed. Just because your payment request was processed doesn't mean the funds will be available immediately. The TWC system shows it as "processed" when they've approved it, but the actual transfer to your ReliaCard account can take 1-2 business days depending on your bank. I would recommend waiting until tomorrow morning before panicking. Also, did you check your correspondence inbox on the TWC portal? Sometimes there are issues with your claim that require additional verification, and they'll send you a notice explaining what's needed.

•Thanks for the reassurance. I checked my correspondence inbox and there's nothing new there. The weird thing is I've been on unemployment for 3 months now and my payments have always hit my ReliaCard the same day they were processed. That's why I'm worried something changed.

Had this happen to me last month!!! The ReliaCard system was having maintenance or something. My payment showed up TWO DAYS LATE with no explanation. So annoying when ur counting on that $$$. Maybe call TWC to confirm the payment was actually sent?

This happens sometimes with the ReliaCard system. A few things to check: 1. Verify on the TWC website that your payment status shows "processed" not just "approved" 2. Make sure your ReliaCard hasn't expired (they expire every 3 years) 3. Check if you received any correspondence about identity verification requirements 4. Call the TWC Tele-Serv automated system (800-558-8321) to verify the payment was actually sent Also, sometimes if there's a bank holiday, even if it's not observed by all banks, it can delay the transfer. I'd wait until tomorrow morning before getting too worried.

•Thanks for the detailed response. I checked all these things - my payment definitely shows as "processed" on the TWC website, my card is only 3 months old, and no correspondence about verification. I'll try the Tele-Serv number but in my experience it just gives the same info as the website.

I was in the same situation last week and spent 3 DAYS trying to reach TWC to figure out what was happening. Busy signals, disconnections, and the callback option never worked. •Thanks for the suggestion! I've never heard of Claimyr before. Did you have to provide a lot of personal info to use it? I'm desperate at this point - I've tried calling TWC 6 times today already.

•No problem! You just need to provide the basic info you'd need to talk to TWC anyway. It's just a service that helps you skip the phone queue. Once you're connected with TWC, it's a normal call with them. The random flag on my account was something about my last employer submitting additional info they needed to review, but it wasn't showing up anywhere on my portal.

This EXACT thing happened to me yesterday!!! My payment always comes at 8am and I was freaking out all day. It finally showed up at like 11pm last night. The TWC payment system is SO unreliable sometimes. I swear they just randomly delay payments to torture us or something. Did you request payment on a different day than usual? That seemed to cause a delay for me once.

u might wanna check if ur card is locked... happened 2 me once when i tried using it at a sketchy gas station atm. had to call the reliacard people to unlock it.

Hey, just checking back - did your payment ever come through? If not, you should definitely try to speak with someone at TWC directly. Sometimes there are processing delays that aren't visible on your account portal.
