This happened to me last year. Here's what I did: 1. Gathered all my employment docs, including offer letter with start date 2. Wrote a clear, concise explanation of my situation 3. Faxed everything to their office (yes, fax still works!) 4. Followed up with calls until I got through It took about a week, but they finally cleared the hold. Good luck!
I had a similar issue last year. Turns out there was a glitch in their system that was affecting a bunch of accounts. Keep pushing and eventually they'll sort it out. It took me about 2 months of constant calling tho 😩

This might sound crazy, but has anyone tried faxing TWC? I did this as a last resort and surprisingly got a response within a week. Worth a shot if you're desperate!
