Ugh the board appeals are the WORST!! My appeal took almost 12 weeks back in Jan and I never got ANY updates until suddenly the decision arrived in my mail. The system is completely broken!!! One more important thing to keep in mind: under PA UC regulations, even while your Board appeal is pending, you MUST continue filing your weekly claims if you want to receive benefits for those weeks in case you win your appeal. Many people stop filing during the appeal process and then can't claim those weeks retroactively if they win.
